Step 1: Register with us
You will start by completing a free eligibility assessment form. This allows us to understand who you are and what career aspirations you have. This is a chance to learn about your educational aspirations to move to New Zealand, and we’ll decide if we’re the right fit to work together.
Step 2: Book a career coaching call
Once we’ve confirmed that New Zealand aligns with your career goals, we’ll begin with a complimentary 30 minute coaching session with you and your family member (optional) to give our insights and expertise of making your educational journey in New Zealand a successful one. We will review your budget and provide you insights and guidance of whether New Zealand is the right country for you.
Step 3: Create Your Budgeted
Once you have signed the service agreement, we will begin developing a personalised strategic plan. Together we will create a detailed plan tailored to your specific goals. This plan will serve as your roadmap to studying and living in New Zealand. This what I call it the dream plan.
Step 4: Apply to Colleges
We’ll start approaching colleges and universities to secure your Offer Letter. This includes:
Drafting a strong Statement of Purpose (SOP)
Preparing you for college interviews
We will represent your application to the college
Step 5: Meet Offer Conditions
Once you receive a Conditional Offer Letter, we’ll work together to meet the conditions usually this involves preparing your student visa application. Pay the course fees.
Step 6: Visa Application Support
You’ll be introduced to our immigration team, and together we’ll begin your visa application process with expert guidance.
We’ll guide you through the entire visa application process in close collaboration with our trusted immigration team, here is how:
We’ll bridge the gap between you and the legal team, helping you understand complex legal jargon and ensuring you feel confident throughout the process.
Together, we’ll revise and refine your Statement of Purpose to clearly tell your story your motivations, goals, and why New Zealand is the right fit for you.
We’ll help you practice for your visa interview so you can confidently and clearly communicate your reasons to the immigration officer.
The legal team will explain you the terms of your student visa and working rights in New Zealand.
This step is a collaborative effort between you, us, and our immigration experts ensuring your application is strong, clear, and aligned with New Zealand’s requirements.
Step 7: Pre-Departure Preparation
Once your visa is approved, we’ll help you get ready to fly! This includes:
Flight booking advice
Accommodation support
Liaising with your college for orientation
Training on customs, immigration, and biosecurity
Guidance on what to pack (and what not to!)
Step 8: Arrival in New Zealand
We’ll ensure your journey from the airport to your accommodation is smooth. This includes:
Help with booking taxis or shuttles
Support with settling into your accommodation
We’ll help you review your accommodation contract and explain your rights and responsibilities as a tenant in New Zealand.
Step 9: Orientation Week
You’ll receive a Welcome to New Zealand Pack tailored to your city. It includes:
Public transport info
Places to eat and visit
Adjusting to the kiwi culture which includes importance of small talk and how to introduce yourself
Send you information on How to write your NZ style CV and Cover Letter to help you succeed as an international student.
Step 10: VIP access
Your journey doesn’t end when you arrive in New Zealand.
You’ll continue to receive exclusive resources and VIP access to my calendar for any questions or support you may need along the way. We’ll set up your access so you can easily reach out to us whether it’s to raise an issue or simply ask a question.
Once you feel settled, we’ll collaborate with our videographer to capture your story; one that’s worth sharing and will inspire other international students on their own journey.
